The Daily Routine - What's your score?

A leading Ayurvedic Physician Dr Vasant Lad has listed some wonderful everyday routines that one must follow to lead a life of peace, happiness and longevity. In the olden days, as kids, we probably followed some of these. But today, I wonder if anyone practices even half of these routines.

To do a reality check and find out where you stand, play this game. Enter your score in the Comments section of this article. You are welcome to not identify yourself and be anonymous but atleast mention your score and anything else that you want to say.

The Game: There are 22 daily routines below. For each routine, give yourself a score of 1 if you happen to follow or perform as mentioned everyday (exception 2 days a week). If you score 15 points or above you win.

The Reward: You will be blessed with a happy, peaceful and a long and healthy life. As a bonus, you might win a gift certificate from baykon (conditions apply and subject to approval and credit check).
